PQA Bicester Summer Camp – Privacy Notice

When you book a place for your child at the PQA Bicester Summer Camp, we collect personal information such as your name, contact details, and relevant information about your child (e.g. age, medical needs, emergency contacts). This information is used for the following purposes:

• To manage your booking and communicate with you about the camp
• To ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children during the week
• To comply with safeguarding and health and safety responsibilities

How Your Data is Stored

• All personal information is securely stored through the ClassForKids platform, which is GDPR-compliant.
• Access is limited to authorised staff members only.

Media and Photography

• As this is a joint Musical Theatre and Film & TV project, participants will be filmed throughout the week.
• These recordings may be used in the final project, submitted to the PQA South Film Festival, and/or shared via our social media channels and YouTube.
• By booking, you acknowledge that your child may appear in these materials. Full consent will be confirmed separately via the booking form.

Data Sharing

• We do not sell or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.
• We may share necessary information with relevant safeguarding or medical professionals if legally required or in the case of an emergency.

How Long We Keep Your Data

• We retain your data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the above purposes, in line with legal and safeguarding requirements.
